SMS Terms of Service

1. Program description

The RhythmBridge Trials SMS program sends two separate, independently chosen message categories. Account notification messages confirm an inquiry, describe a possible introduction to an independent program, and share participant resources. Marketing messages describe newly published guides and newly open study areas that match a stated interest. You choose each category on its own and may agree to one without the other.

2. How to join

You join by checking an unchecked SMS consent box on the RhythmBridge Trials contact form and submitting the form with your mobile number. Consent is never pre selected, never bundled with any other permission, and is never required to browse the website, read a guide, or send an inquiry. The phone field is optional.

3. First message after you join

The first message identifies RhythmBridge Trials, describes what the program delivers, states message frequency, includes "Msg & data rates may apply," confirms that you can reply STOP to cancel, and confirms that RhythmBridge Trials is not a research organization or medical provider.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the categories you selected and the study areas you named. Most subscribers receive a small number of messages per month.

5. Cost

RhythmBridge Trials does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How to stop

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to be removed. Your request is processed immediately, added to a server side opt out list, and confirmed with one final confirmation message. No further messages are sent after that confirmation.

8. Supported carriers and devices

The program works on major and regional United States carriers and on any device that receives standard text messages. Carrier support may change without notice.

9. Privacy and data handling

• Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Consent data is never shared with research organizations, sponsors, or drug development companies.
• Contact details are shared with one independent program only after you have been told about that specific introduction and have agreed to it.
• No health information is requested or stored through this program.

10. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the authorized user of the mobile number you submit. If your number changes, contact us so the record can be corrected.

11. Changes to the program

We may change or end the program at any time. The current terms are always posted on this page.
